In this episode, Dr. Grady and Dr. Garrett talk with Jay Horley who was raised in the UK and now resides in Hong Kong, China and has been in the health and fitness industry for nearly a decade and a Type 1 diabetic since he was 14 years old. Jay shares his diabetic journey from struggles as a youth to digestive problems and nutrient deficiencies to where he is now which is successfully pursuing optimal health using a carnivore diet. We dive deep into the carnivore diet, how it has changed his health, and how he manages his diabetes. This conversation was very interesting and eye-opening, to say the least.
