With CGMs, both diabetics (type 1 and 2) and non-diabetics can so much data from these little devices that they can use to master the balancing act of staying "in range" and lowering HbA1c. He talks about the difference of CGMs and finger stick glucometers, the 3 available CGM systems, and how to use them to make less guesses and more educated decisions when it comes to managing your blood sugar (whether you are diabetic or not).
